Our Story
Founded on a simple observation
After years inside corporate HR departments, our founder kept meeting small-business owners facing the same serious questions — terminations, harassment complaints, wage questions, difficult managers — with no HR professional to turn to. They were making high-risk decisions alone, often late at night, often with the wrong information.
For The People HR was built to close that gap. We provide the same caliber of HR counsel found in large organizations, scaled and priced for companies with five to one hundred employees.
